Ms. Thompson has worked in and studied accounting for 18 years. She moved to Leavenworth with her family from the Puyallup area in 2005. Andrea was employed with  the accounting department at the City of Leavenworth for 2 years until returning to the private sector with the Sleeping Lady.

While originally from California, Andrea grew up near Royal City, WA and calls Washington home. She is currently the treasurer for the Upper Wenatchee Valley Habitat for Humanity. Her hobbies include travel, music, camping and spending time with her family.
