All employees receive complimentary concert tickets for Sleeping Lady concert series, a smoke free work environment, use of our recreational facilities. Hourly employees also benefit from a generous gratuity program.
Employees working 20 hours or more per week are also eligible for meal and lodging coupons and participation in our 401K program. Sleeping Lady offers a generous match percentage and short time period for full vesting.
Because we value a balance between work and personal time, full time employment status is awarded to employees who regularly work 32 hours or more. Our full time employees are able to enjoy additional benefits such as a company sponsored medical plan including dental and vision, with a minimal employee co-pay plan and paid vacation, sick time, and additional lodging and meal benefits.
