Event Profile

Realizing that your lodging requirements may have changed slightly since the signing of your meeting agreement with your Sales Manager, Sleeping Lady allows you to reduce the number of lodging rooms for your meeting by up to 15% with no penalties, until three weeks prior to your arrival. The Event Profile Confirmation form, confirming the total number of lodging rooms you will require, should be submitted by no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival. The attached form can be submitted on line, faxed, or mailed to Sleeping Lady.

The following information is due to Sleeping Lady by no later than 21 days prior to your group arrival. Please fill in all the blanks. Please fax, mail or e-mail this form to your Conference Coordinator for arrival by the due date. Please contact your Conference Coordinator for any assistance needed to complete this form.

Non-lodging guests are meeting participants who will not be staying on-site. In addition to charges for respective meals, these non-lodging guests will be charged a daily fee of $39.00 which includes facility use and two standard beverage breaks per day.

  • Variances to the number of contracted rooms and guests will be subject to fees as outlined in the terms of the contract.
  • After timely submission of this form, you will be billed for the number of guests listed above, or the number of guests actually present, whichever is greater.
  • Increases in numbers of rooms after these dates will be considered final and will be charged.
  • You may reduce the number of guests until 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Rooming changes within three days of arrival will be charged at $10 per room affected.
