Meeting Facilities
Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat offers over 10,000 square feet of meeting space decorated with warm wood flooring, oriental rugs, comfortable chairs and couches, wood stoves and more. Rustic elegance is built in to all the rooms and buildings where groups meet and where friends socialize.
Our meeting rooms take their names from the birds and animals you might see out their windows: Woodpecker, Nuthatch, Dipper, Quail and Flicker. The largest spaces can accommodate 190 people, the smallest up to 30 people. Dance, a meeting room reserved for small groups, is also a special studio with mirrors and sound system; uniquely suited to dance instruction and rehearsal.
The Kingfisher Dining Lodge and Terrace with European-style seating is where all groups meet for dining. The Salmon Gallery and Chapel Theater are home to many of the major artworks, concerts and entertainment events that add much to the Sleeping Lady experience.
Fire circles for large and small groups, the Library, Sauna, and the Grotto offer groups places to relax and socialize. The Grasshopper Fitness room is also available for the individual use of conference guests.
