Planning Tools
The sales and conferencing staff at Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat are available to assist you in every step of the meeting planning process. Our Sales Managers will work with you to solidify meetings date and rates, and to establish your preliminary needs. Once a signed agreement has been received, you will meet your personal Conference Coordinator. Your Conference Coordinator will work with you throughout the planning stages of your meeting, and glean all information necessary to deliver the perfect meeting.
Three weeks prior to your arrival, you will be required to submit an Event Profile Confirmation for Rooms Form, guaranteeing the number of lodging rooms to be utilized. For your convenience, this form is available on line.
After speaking with you personally to determine all of your meeting needs, your Conference Coordinator will prepare Event Orders that will accurately reflect all set up, audiovisual, food, and beverage requirements in each of your meeting rooms. These Event Orders will be submitted to you for your review and approval. We request that the Event Orders are signed and returned by two weeks prior to arrival, along with final confirmation of the total number of people who will be having meals at Sleeping Lady. The Rooming List, specifying all of your lodging participants is also due two weeks prior to your arrival. The rooming list form is available on line for your convenience.
