While most other conference facilities offer a la carte pricing, right down to the pencils in the room, Sleeping Lady's inclusive rates greatly simplify meeting planning and budgeting. Our conference rates include all the essentials that are the foundation of your meeting experience:
- Guest lodging
- Three gourmet meals per person per overnight stay
- Meeting space tailored to group size
- Basic audio-visual equipment and general meeting supplies
- Two standard beverage breaks per person, per overnight stay
And while our rates are comprehensive, they are competitive as well, giving you not only ease of planning, but confidence in your selection of meeting location.

When privacy and confidentiality are paramount to a successful meeting, Sleeping Lady offers the opportunity to reserve the entire conference facility for your use. For the comfort and safety of our guests, Sleeping Lady is pleased to offer reimbursement on group charter transportation for groups staying from December - March.
Here's how it works: Indicate that you would like to take advantage of our offer for transportation reimbursement at the time of booking. A transportation agreement will accompany our arrangements contract for your retreat.Book the necessary charter transportation for your group and submit the paid transportation invoice upon check-in. Sleeping Lady will reimburse up to 10% of your total pre-tax conference charges to you as a transportation credit on our final invoice for the event.
(Reimbursement will not exceed the total transportation bill).
