Rooming List

The Sleeping Lady experience includes three meals per overnight stay for each of your conference attendees. In order to be prepared, Sleeping Lady requires that you submit a comprehensive rooming list along with your Event Profile Confirmation, by no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Our expert front desk and reservations staff will assign lodging rooms according to your occupancy needs.

Your rooming list is due 14 days prior to your arrival date, along with your commitment to total number of guests. Variances to the number of contracted guests will be subject to fees as outlined in the terms of the contract. Please fax, mail or e-mail this form to your Conference Coordinator for arrival by the due date.
