    Saturday, August 13 and 20, 2016 at 10:00 am in Woodpecker

    Join Joanna Dunn on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am for a Morning Wake Up Yoga (slow - gentle) class. Drop ins welcome. Mats and props available for newcomers.

    *Please note,there is no yoga on August 6 due to an Exclusive rental and August 27 due to a full site.

    Adults ||  $12 per class- Pay at Guest Services. 10-punch card available for $108.

    • Mini Aerial Yoga Play Workshop for Beginners

      Saturday, August 13, 2016, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm in Tadpole / Call 509-548-6344 or 800-574-2123 to reserve your swing

      Elevate your practice at Sleeping Lady! Enjoy a half day of grounding, nourishment and exploration; and begin to see things from a new perspective.

      Includes:

        8:30 to 10:00 am - gentle rhythmic vinyasa
        10:00 to 10:30 am - tea time
        10:30 am - 12:30 pm - aerial yoga play workshop
        12:30 pm to 1:30 pm - buffet lunch
        1:30 pm to ? - schedule a spa treatment, meditate by the river, take our self guided art walk, or tour the garden.

      Adults ||   $85 for mini workshop. Please call for overnight rates.

    • Organic Garden Tour

      Saturday, August 13 and 27*, 2016, 10:00 am.

      The organic garden at Sleeping Lady offers visitors a unique place to stroll and enjoy two acres of certified organic fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Join garden staff for a tour and learn about environmentally friendly gardening techniques. In addition to using natural fertilizers, and regular crop rotation to improve the soil, the staff attracts beneficial insects to maintain the health and sustainability of the garden. The tour will include a stop in the greenhouse which extends the growing season providing the Sleeping Lady culinary team with fresh produce and herbs throughout the year.

      Stop by O’Grady’s for a bite to eat, or make reservations in Kingfisher Restaurant to enjoy the bounty of our garden.

      *Sleeping Lady is reserved for Exclusive Use August 26 and 27. Only O'Grady's Pantry and Mercantile, Aspen Leaf Day Spa and the garden will be open to the general public.
