Your chef is doing fabulous things with Slow Foods, and the quality and diversity of food is the highest I've ever encountered. My husband, Eric, said it's comparable to the dining at a Kempinski Hotel, one of the world's top luxury hotel chains.

It was a wonderfully relaxing place to be, and utterly charming.
