Sleeping Lady offers conference and individual guests a variety of unique services and resources for a one-of-a-kind travel experience:

The Grotto is an intimate after-hours meeting place with wood-burning fireplace and petroglyph-laced rock walls. Serving beer, wine and spirits, The Grotto lets guests relax and unwind at the end of the day.

O'Grady's Pantry, located at the entrance to Sleeping Lady, offers espresso, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and ice cream prepared in Kingfisher Dining Hall. A nice selection of beer, wine and spirits is also available. Open at 7:00 a.m. daily.

The Sleeping Lady Gift Shop, adjacent to the registration desk, provides sundries and essentials for your convenience, as well as clothing, artwork, music, jewelry and other gifts to enhance or remind you of your stay with us.

Grasshopper Fitness Sleeping Lady's fitness room is located next to the sauna building. Equipment includes a treadmill, an elliptical cross-trainer, a recumbent bicycle, weights, stretch trainers, showers and restrooms. Grasshopper is open 24 hours a day and is accessed with your room key.

The Library is a resource for all Sleeping Lady guests, providing space to find or read a good book and relax. For guest convenience, a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer are available for use.

The Sauna is open 24 hours a day with sauna, cold plunge pool and massage room (Massage should be scheduled 24 hours in advance).

The Woodland Rock Pool is a boulder-lined swimming pool open 24 hours a day seasonally that is the perfect place to cool off. Its companion hot pool is available year 'round. Swimsuits required.
