Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m.
In deference to incoming guests, we appreciate your cooperation in observing this time.

Registration & Gift Shop
Sleeping Lady's front desk and Gift Shop are staffed 24 hours a day.

No-Smoking Policy
Sleeping Lady is a no-smoking facility indoors and out. Our priority is to keep indoors and outdoors fresh for all guests, and grounds fire-safe and litter-free. Guests who elect to smoke in the rooms will be charged a $150 minimum cleaning fee on their bill or through their group leader. Please help us keep Sleeping Lady smoke free!

Footwear
Due to the four seasons experienced in Central Washington, non-slip footgear is essential. For your comfort and safety, high heels are strongly discouraged.

Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are available directly outside the main office for the convenience of our guests.

Vehicles
Please park your car in the guest parking lot. Bikes are welcome, but no motor vehicles may be driven on site.

Woodland Rock Pools
Our boulder-lined swimming pool is open 24 hours a day seasonally, typically May through September. The adjoining hot pool is heated year-round. Swimsuits required for both pools.

Massage
To schedule a massage, please call the hotel operator at Sleeping Lady. Advance (24 hour) reservations are recommended.

Sauna
The Sauna is open 24 hours a day and is located at the west end of the site.

Grasshopper Fitness Room
Features cardiovascular, weight and stretching equipment and adjacent changing rooms and shower. Open 24 hours, use room key for access.

Bicycles
Bicycles are available for rent from Sleeping Lady's front desk, and additional bikes are available from Der Rad Haus and Der Sportsman in Leavenworth.

Snowshoes and Cross-Country Skis
Snowshoes and cross-country ski equipment is available for rent from Sleeping Lady's Mercantile.

Pets
Roki, our resident Icelandic Sheep Dog will will likely welcome you upon your arrival or make your acquaintance some time during your stay. Ask about our Canine Companion Program.
