Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you’d like a little extra time to enjoy the resort, please contact our Guest Services team at (509) 548-6344 or info@sleepinglady.com. We’ll gladly check availability for a late check-out and do our best to accommodate your request.

We understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged. December reservations must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to avoid a penalty.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

Yes, all guests must be 18 years of age or older in order to check into our resort.

Free parking is available onsite. We also offer complementary EV and Tesla chargers.

Children under 12 stay free. Additional guests beyond double occupancy are welcome for $15 per person.

We offer pack-n-plays upon request.

Yes! Gift cards are available here or at the front desk.

Sleeping Lady Resort & Spa is located 3.4 miles from Downtown Leavenworth, a drive of approximately 10 minutes.

Rooms are subject to Washington State sales tax, currently 8.4%, and a 2% county lodging tax.

We are a smoke-free and vape-free property, and smoking of all kinds is prohibited on our grounds.

Only dogs of registered guests are welcome on property. We ask that dog owners please keep dogs leashed and on their best behavior while on property. Throughout the resort you will find clean-up bag kiosks. Please pick up after your dog. We ask that dogs not visit our restaurants, bar, meeting/hospitality rooms, den, pool area, organic garden or other guest rooms. We provide comfortable dog beds, food and water bowls, and an extra towel, and we appreciate your consideration in keeping your dog off of guest beds. Dog owners are reminded that Sleeping Lady not only serves as home to Reuben & Kiska, our resort cats, but as a natural habitat to many animals and migratory birds, and we sincerely appreciate the respect shown to their nearby homes.

Yes! We invite all of our guests to go for a dip in our large, outdoor pool.

Our pool is typically available from April 15 through October 15.
