Ecstatic Dance & Contact Jam

Experience the power of movement at the Canyon Wren Recital Hall in the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts on Sunday, April 12. We begin with an optional Contact Jam at 10am, followed by an opening circle at 11am to co-create a safe, intentional space for everyone to move freely.

Our Ecstatic Dance takes you on a 75–90 minute journey through carefully curated music designed to guide your expression. This is a judgment-free zone where it’s not about how you look, but how you feel. Whether you are looking to process emotion, play with rhythm, or simply connect with the community, this free-form dance invites your body to lead the way. We conclude with a brief closing circle to share and reflect.
